Extra slow Espeed
April 30, 2008 – 8:01 pmI am still waiting for my Espeed connection to be repaired since the since the last breakdown for more than two weeks! I am now having a speed of >100 Average Kbps with a down load speed of merely 7 Kbps ever since the the monthly rental fee reduction from $89 to $68!! Will TeBru refund us the fee if they fail to provide us the actual speed we have paid for?
I have posted my complaint to TelBru since last week and I was told by their technician that quite a few customers are suffering from the same problem and TelBru is looking into it. Why we didn’t receive any notification from TelBru regarding this problem?
Hopefully they can solve this problem soonest. Otherwise, I am sure there will be more people considering switching to B-Moile Broadband of 3.6 Mbps instead of the SLOW Espeed! Anyone has any idea about B-Mobile Broadband? How reliable is it?

yeah aku sokong….. now a days… espeed is getting lag lagger n even lag the most… y is dat? can anyone from ur part explain for us please….
not even a response in Borneo Bulletin??? come on u guys espeed should be better….. and its true b-mobile broadband its super fast….
is the go broadband affected other espeed user which i heard the download can go to 7kbs. wow… but espeed its less than 4mbs…
apa ne, come on la geng….. we like too see ur improvements where we (espeed users) are still loyal to ur internet service provider…

broadband pun sama tah jua masa ani…alum lagi upgrade…mula2 bukan main eh…kalau liat youtube nada buffer ani bah…now espeed lagi bagus dari broadband ahhhh….dulu masa promo mula2 zoom eh…now laju lagi siput…errmmm cum on Bmobile!!!wake up!!!

sebaik nya jgn tah kamu apply zoom broadband dulu. tunggu tah ia stable and be upgrade. aku masa ani pakai zoom 30 sebulan sudah betukar ke 60 sebulan unlimited sama jua lambat internet nya meliat youtube sangkut2 15kb - 7kb atu pecaya ku tu.. laju lagi siput. masa ni yg ku tau dst go broadband lagi laju lah. nda ku tau area lain.

masalah bandwidth kah tu? masalah nda tebala traffic barat2? yatah mula2 masa mempromo atu jgn brani2 cakap basar.. kami menyediakan itulah inilah.. buleh plg blagak p asal saja kakal lurus lagaknya.

hi…I just join & interested to read you guys queries about e speed etc? Not sure if you guys gonna come back & manage to read my comment… On Zoom Broadband - better think twice!!! My friend from KB town area is subscribing to Zoom Package & having big headache on the speed until now!!! He even sent a complain to Bulletin & was published on 31st May & guess what?! Up to date, B Mobile don’t even got the guts to come out & feedback to him on his complain!!! At this point, if u compare Zoom Broadband with Go Broadband - Go is a better choice!!!

join eh, banar eh! I’m too tired to elaborate it. True, 2-3hari nda mau kadang2 espeed. Cuba kamu liat negeri lain, menada masalah. Iraq pun laju2 internetnya. Telbru membagi promotion lahhh spaya kami suka lahhh. tapikan, what’s wrong with kamu ckp “UPGRADE 256KBPS TO 512KBPS!” sudahku check bandwidth, nada sampai tu 500kbps ah.
bare in mind, pelanggan diluar negeri membayar murah and they get fast internet with no complain.
Look at us, we pay 68$ per month for 512kbps. We actually don’t mind if cematu, yg kami sasak masih pelahan atu bah because bukannya 512kbps. what’s wrongggg?
Improve service lah. atu saja. payahku main cs bah

There is no other countries than in Brunei… Brunei is just Brunei. What do you expect? Better services and huge speed on your broadband? Its just around 350K population.
Small population…hmmm… demanding for speed… hmmm… you work out the equation.

Yes..many of us have complained about espeed..but is TelBru under Brunei government?cause I seriously don’t know.If it is, we should not blame the whole of Brunei for it right? If so, why? Isn’t Brunei divided under lots of departments. I mean I’m not saying that espeed is fast cause in my house there’s 6 people whom often uses the internet and I never found it really slow. All I’m saying is why are you blaming the whole of Brunei for this problem.
