I am shocked! This is the usual thing happen and more and more questionable handling of government departments.Even the religious council must be checked personally by His Majesty.
This is the thing, I put my trust of a local bank to deduct zakat automatically from my account. I trust that the money which averaged $100 plus per year is handed to those who are entitled or hak.
Why the officers whoever are responsible can even think that fear of zakat running out?!!!
The zakat collection is for the needy!!
Not to be held or stored or depreciate of the monetary value!!
Just imagine.
You the officers who are short-sighted in making decision…who receive thousands of dollars salary end of month. When suddenly this month’s salary is held by the finance dept for reason fearing that they might not be able to pay for the february salary…
wouldn’t you be angry and asked to be paid?! your entitlement because you already worked in january??! your hak?!!!
This is simply unfounded.

Semoga Allah melimpahkan kurnia, sihat sejahtera berkekalan kepada Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia, Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, yang sentiasa memedulikan rakyat.
Semoga kerajaan baginda adil dan amanah. Bebas dari rasuah, bebas dari pilih kasih. Serta orang-orang yang bekerja di bawah nama Kerajaan Kebawah Duli adalah orang-orang yang cerdik dan innovatif.

It seems those at the Religious Council have a deep back ground on religious aspect anything fro zakat etc and can deleverd. Those people were graduated from prestigious school then this things happened. Who is to be blamed? Then blaming games started , scapegoat has to be artficially set up. For sure, whoever is responsible must be accountable and punished or fired. Just an opinion.

Dengan titah Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia, Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, yang sentiasa memedulikan rakyat.. Alhamdullilah, tebongkar jua kan. Kitani tunggu saja apa tindakan dan jawapan or alasan dari pihak yang tertentu. Mun sudah Kebawah Duli yang bertitah memang nda sanang duduk gayanya org2 yang berkenaan. Bagi cai arah org2 yang benar2 memerlukan. Bukan kan di simpan dalan “account” kamu.
